For math questions or corrections: the calculator you used, the numbers you entered, and what looked wrong. Corrections are taken seriously. For feature requests: describe the calculator or guide you wish existed. For anything else: just write plainly. Please do not send account numbers, card numbers, or other sensitive financial details by email. Email is not a secure channel, and we never need those numbers to answer a question.
This is a small independent project, not a support desk. There are no accounts to troubleshoot, because the site has no accounts: every calculator runs entirely in your browser and nothing you type ever leaves your device. Replies are personal but not instant; allow a few days. And please understand we cannot give personal financial advice by email. We can fix math, explain methods, and point you to the right guide, but decisions about your money belong with you and, when the stakes are high, a licensed financial advisor.
